Other Informations
The use of airconditioning is different on every yacht. Some of them have a 24/7 system where others have a rule that at midnight the airconditioning goes off. Generators are operated for aircon, freezers and fridges as well. There is a limited use of generators in ports due to the sound thay make and they might disturb neighboring boats at night. When requesting A/C on during the night time, this may or may not be possible. A/C may be available if you are anchored in a bay and there are not many boats around. Speak to your captain regarding this subject to make arrangements accordingly and as per your agreement for number of hours of use of A/C.
Hera Yachting is responsible for making all the arrangements for the services and itineraries. Your charter agreement will detail insurance provisions: the yacht remains insured by the owner during your charter; however we advise all guest to consider Cancellation and Curtailment Insurance. You may also wish to consider a Personal Accident or Medical Insurance plus personal Effects Insurance, which is generally not included in the charter fee.
Hera Yachting may, in the event of force majeure, cancel or interrupt any cruise at any time. Should the yacht suffer any mechanical damage or fire, etc., so that the CHARTERER cannot use it, and if the period is between 12 and 48 consecutive hours, the payment for this same period will be refunded to the CHARTERER on a pro rata basis. The charter period can be extended to cover the repair period in case it exceeds 48 hours, by mutual agreement. In case of a total loss of the yacht or damages needing more than the entire charter period to repair, the total payment will be refunded to the CHARTERER. No further claims will be accepted.
Hera Yachting is a Turkish Company, and it is agreed between Hera Yachting and the contractual party that the interpretation of the terms and conditions will be resolved solely according to Turkish Law in a Turkish Court.

The charter agreement is valid after signature by both parties and receipt of the deposit to HERA YACHTING. In the event the charterers wish to cancel the charter, the rules apply. Cancellation takes effect upon written notice to HERA YACHTING. The owners will do their best to recharter the yacht. If the yacht is resold, the owners will fully refund the charterer. If the charterer wishes to change the dates and those dates are available, the full amount paid can be transferred to the new date and must be applied to the same yacht in the same year. Any price differences caused by the date change will be paid by the charterer. HERA YACHTING strongly recommends that charterers take out travel, health, and cancellation insurance to cover potential losses.
After the contract has been signed by both parties, 50% of the total charter amount has to be paid within 5 working days. The first payment 50% can be seen as a down payment, and the remaining amount will be paid in cash during embarkation to our Hera Yachting representative, who will be present at the embarkation, or 6 weeks before embarking by bank transfer.
